Job Summary

The APAC People Lead partners with regional leadership to develop and execute people strategies that drive business outcomes and strengthen organizational culture. This role collaborates globally to enhance people offerings and HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Advise the Regional Managing Partner and leadership team on people-related matters, providing coaching and strategic guidance.
  • Contribute actively to the Global People Leadership Team to develop and implement global people priorities.
  • Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence and other functions to design and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Analyze internal and external business changes to assess people impacts and determine appropriate HR responses.
  • Lead change initiatives within the region by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging teams to propose ideas and improve processes.
  • Monitor industry and HR trends to identify and implement best practices within the organization.
  • Partner with Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Leads to influence workforce planning, considering emerging skills, AI impact, and organizational structure.
  • Use external market insights to forecast future capabilities and design workforce plans aligned with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract diverse talent aligned with business and client needs.
  • Develop and strengthen internal talent through succession planning, high-potential identification, and talent development initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on talent management, including career development and performance planning.
  • Oversee the performance enablement process, promoting regular feedback, coaching, and balanced assessment and development.
  • Work with the global Reward Centre of Excellence to maintain competitive, fair, and equitable compensation and reward processes.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle to ensure a positive experience, leveraging feedback from surveys and other sources.
  • Lead initiatives to build an inclusive workplace where employees feel a sense of belonging and can be themselves.
  • Represent and promote Capco's values, partnering with stakeholders to embed these values across the organization.
  • Provide data analysis and insights on people metrics to inform management decisions.
  • Generate actionable insights from data, including predictive analytics, to improve organizational performance.
  • Promote efficient use of HR systems, dashboards, and automated reporting to enhance operational effectiveness.
