Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global FinTech firm to appoint an experienced Recruiter to join its Singapore office on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's continued growth across the APAC region, operating as the sole recruiter and trusted talent acquisition partner to the regional business.

Working closely with the regional leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of functions and seniority levels. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires both strategic and hands-on recruitment expertise, with responsibility for driving hiring outcomes across multiple markets while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

As the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the region, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify and engage top talent, manage interview processes, negotiate offers, and provide market intelligence to support hiring decisions. You will also play a key role in talent pipelining, employer branding initiatives, recruitment process improvements, and workforce planning discussions with business leaders.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on talent availability, hiring trends, and best practices in recruitment. You will collaborate closely with global HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure alignment with broader talent strategies while adapting approaches to meet the needs of the APAC market.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded recruitment professional with a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring within fast-paced and high-growth environments. Candidates should possess strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience recruiting across multiple functions and jurisdictions within APAC. Prior experience within financial services, FinTech, technology, payments, digital assets, or other high-growth technology-driven organisations will be highly advantageous.
