Job Description

Our client, a global US MNC in technology and infrastructure organization is seeking a highly organized APAC Project Coordinator to support regional construction and project delivery operations across the APAC region.

  • Flexible working arrangement
  • 5 days work week
  • Remuneration package up to S$6,500 per month
  • 12 months contract (renewable)

Role Summary:

This role will work closely with project teams, regional leadership, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, project administration, documentation management, and reporting support across multiple construction projects.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in construction administration, project coordination, document control, or project support within construction, engineering, facilities, real estate, or infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to regional construction and project delivery teams
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and track action items
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, dashboards, reports, and status updates
  • Support document control processes including contracts, drawings, approvals, RFIs, submittals, and project records
  • Assist with procurement coordination, vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and contract documentation
  • Support APAC leadership meetings, reporting, presentations, and regional operational coordination
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, finance, procurement, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Track project milestones, approvals, deliverables, risks, and outstanding actions
  • Support regional workshops, governance meetings, and leadership updates
  • Ensure project information remains organized, accurate, and accessible

The ideal candidate should be/have:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience either in construction administration, project coordination, document control, and/or project support
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country APAC projects is essential
  • Familiarity with procurement coordination, contract administration, invoice processing, or project reporting is advantageous
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and project documentation processes will be beneficial
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and document management platforms
  • Ability to work across different time zones and stakeholders in a fast-paced regional environment
