About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Director to lead major capital programs across the APAC region. Operating at the highest level of program leadership, you will define strategy, set direction, and ensure delivery excellence across some of Jacobs most important client portfolios.

You will be the driving force behind integrated, high performance program teams, bringing together Jacobs global expertise, supply chain partners, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions that move communities forward.

This role is also pivotal in strengthening Jacobs market position, advancing our capability, shaping strategic pursuits, developing future talent, and opening new pathways for growth in Transport, Cities & Places, Water, and emerging sectors.

Your Impact

In this role, you will

  • Lead the strategy, governance and delivery of complex, multi project programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for executive and ministerial level stakeholders.
  • Shape program culture and performance ensuring safety, delivery excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee cross disciplinary teams, partner organisations and supply chains across APAC.
  • Drive long term client relationships and position Jacobs for future major pursuits.
  • Guide business and sales planning activities, leveraging market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build capability across the region through mentoring, strategic recruitment, and talent development.
  • Champion Jacobs Challenge Accepted ethos bringing forward bold ideas, innovative thinking, and new approaches to tackle complex delivery challenges

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive Program Leadership Expertise
  • Proven experience delivering major capital programs of $1B+ scale and complexity.
  • Mastery across all aspects of multi project program management including design leadership, procurement, cost/schedule, risk, change, safety and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success managing and aligning multi company, multi stakeholder delivery environments.

  • Exceptional relationship building abilities, with experience engaging government and C-suite stakeholders.
