My client, a leading payments solutions company, is looking for a Product Lead for Value Added Services domain. This role is responsible for setting the roadmap, leading crossfunctional teams, and shaping solutions for APAC customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for Value Added Services
- Lead roadmap development, prioritisation, and the creation of clear product briefs across teams
- Make marketinformed product decisions using customer insights and competitive intelligence to define enhancements and adapt global capabilities for local needs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive alignment and execution across multiple time zones, balancing strategic direction with operational delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in product management with at least 5 years in payments, banking, or FinTech.
- Deep understanding of VAS offerings
- Proven experience leading and managing product teams, including coaching and developing talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
