We are currently recruiting for an APAC OTC Business Acceleration Manager, to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Drive OTC growth acceleration across APAC BUs.
- Drive Innovation acceleration and help drive global innovation pipeline to be fit for purpose in APAC.
- Partner cross-functionally with category, R&D, APAC Region & BUs in landing innovation with scale and focus on mid/long term innovation pipeline.
- Partner with APAC OTC Business Acceleration Lead and APAC Innovation Lead in executing global brand strategies and priorities on power brands.
Key Interdependencies
- Directly Report into APAC, OTC Acceleration Lead based in Nyon.
- Dotted line reporting into APAC Innovation Lead based in Singapore.
- Strong partnership with respective global OTC team, BUs OTC Category teams and APAC multi-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years+ experience in sales & marketing across large business/markets.
- Experience in Regional/Global roles in a matrix structure
- Experience in OTC or regulatory constrained Consumer Healthcare businesses
- Ideally prior experience in Innovation design and delivery roles
