  • Responsible for Sales Targets and Annual Forecast / Budget for the SEA region
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Develop and monitor the market in the assigned area
  • Generate leads and identify opportunities.
  • Provide technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, applications guidance
  • Prepare technical proposal and commercial proposal
  • Generate credible and up to date sales prediction
  • Ensure business objectives are met within the timeline
  • Assist in providing sales forecast and market reports
  • Manage the customer database
job requirement

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Min 12 years of experience in industrial sales B2B new equipment sales (Pure Hunter Role)
  • Min new equipment sales of more than 1M USD in sales value experience is required
  • Sales development in compressors / rotating equipments
  • Sales experience in oil & gas / EPC / marine will be a big plus
  • Willing to work in the West (Tuas/Pioneer/Jurong)
  • Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (about 60% S.E.A)
