Job Description

Base location: Preferably Singapore, Malaysia, or other Southeast Asian countries. Melbourne is also acceptable.

Frequent travel is required to drive the implementation of regional activities.

I. Key Responsibilities

1. APAC Marketing Content Localization & Product Marketing Strategy (35%)

  • Establish a Content Radar system to proactively identify, evaluate, and acquire high-performing marketing content from global headquarters, other regions, and within APAC.
  • Lead the strategic localization of marketing materials, going beyond translation. This includes adapting content with local case studies, customer testimonials, and re-creating video/graphic assets to align with local market demands and customer needs.

2. Owned Channel Management & Digital Marketing (35%)

  • Manage and operate core APAC social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube), including developing a unified content calendar and optimizing publishing strategies based on performance data.
  • Oversee and manage key APAC communication channels. This includes managing local content pages and press releases on regional websites, and driving SEO/SEM optimization initiatives. Utilize engagement and lead data to refine content strategy and empower local teams.

3. Regional Marketing Activity Monitoring & Enablement (30%)

  • Systematically track, document, and analyze key marketing activities and initiatives across the three major APAC markets.
  • Implement a standardized information collection process to gather activity plans, core assets, key results (leads, engagement), and post-campaign learnings (successes/failures) from regional marketing teams.
  • Synthesize and distribute marketing best practices. Produce regular APAC market reports (weekly/monthly); proactively identify and package reusable success cases into playbooks for dissemination across other markets.

II. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Preference for candidates with experience in B2B manufacturing, new energy, solar PV, or tech industries, in roles such as marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use both as working languages.
  • Strong systemic thinking and process-building capabilities. Proven experience in cross-regional (especially APAC) marketing collaboration and the ability to work effectively with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent content planning and copywriting skills, with proficiency in managing major international B2B social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
