The company is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to innovation and excellence. They are seeking a strategic and driven Regional Marketing Manager to develop and execute the regional product marketing strategy for the assigned portfolios within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing mix strategies aligned with global and regional goals.
- Develop and implement high-impact value propositions that solve specific clinical pain points, moving beyond technical specifications to quantifiable clinical outcomes.
- Bridge the gap between product features and clinical benefits by training regional teams on solution selling strategies, equipping them to engage effectively with both clinicians and hospital administrators.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and market segmentation across diverse APAC markets to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product marketing and management within the healthcare industry, preferably in the APAC region.
- Deep understanding of acute care workflows and the nuances of the Labor & Delivery environment
- Proven ability to drive value-based solutions and translate clinical needs into market strategies.
- Experience with stakeholder management, lobbying, and influencing regional/country guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities.
