About the team

Reporting into the Global Marketing Director, Brand & Communications, you'll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team. We're a lean group who move quickly, back each other, and take real pride in the work we produce for our internal and external audiences.

You'll work day-to-day alongside client, product and growth teams across APAC, but you'll regularly connect with the global Marketing and Communications teams across other regions. It's a genuinely cross-functional environment, you'll need to be as comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders as you are handling a local production agency or jumping on a call with the Sustainability team to support a new launch.

Purpose of the role

We're looking for a sharp, commercially driven Marketing Communications Manager to own and amplify our brand voice across the APAC region. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology; you'll shape how our brand shows up across every channel and touchpoint.

You'll collaborate closely with the APAC CEO and Chief Client Officer APAC, regional Client Services teams, global MarCom stakeholders, and external agencies to plan, build, and measure communications that drive real business outcomes.

What you'll own:

Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development of APAC marketing communications plans aligned to the Global Marketing and Internal Comms Strategies, regional business priorities, product launches, and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain brand and product messaging frameworks that clearly articulate our differentiators across diverse APAC markets.
  • Contribute regional insight to global Marketing and Internal Comms strategies, ensuring local relevance without diluting brand consistency.

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the end-to-end creation and delivery of MarCom assets — digital, social, video, events, and beyond, across internal and external audiences.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and marketing automation platforms to increase content velocity, personalization, and campaign efficiency.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach: build, measure, optimize, repeat.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Act as the primary APAC liaison between regional teams, global MarCom partners, and external partners and agencies.
  • Brief, manage, and hold accountable third-party agencies to deliver on time, on budget, and on-brand.
  • Influence and collaborate across the marketing, client services and product teams to align messaging and accelerate go-to-market execution

Performance & Commercial Accountability

  • Define KPIs and optimise performance dashboards to track the effectiveness of communications activity.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that sharpen future strategy.
  • Support accurate budget forecasting, invoice management, and ROI reporting

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

  • 6+ years experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or integrated marketing roles. B2B or B2B2C experience highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel communications strategies with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern MarTech: marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, or similar).
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and automation — you actively use tools like AI writing assistants, generative content platforms, or workflow automation to work smarter.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills: you can distil complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management instincts — you keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping the ball.
  • Cultural fluency and sensitivity to the nuances of communicating across APAC markets.
  • Experience working in or with matrixed, global organizations is a strong plus.

Any specific role requirements

We offer flexible working and have offices throughout APAC with our regional HQ in Singapore. Travel may be required for this role.
