Key Responsibilities
M&A Strategy & Process
- Support the regional CEO in defining, executing, and monitoring the M&A strategy.
- Translate M&A know-how into structured processes, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with the APAC growth plan.
- Oversee end-to-end M&A project management activities.
Due Diligence & Target Identification
- Maintain and update the M&A target list coordinate related activities.
- Conduct financial performance analysis and risk/reward assessments.
- Prepare Go/No-Go recommendations for the regional CEO.
- Liaise with functional heads and third-party advisors on due diligence (Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, IT, SHEQ).
Integration Planning
- Define post-acquisition integration plans in collaboration with the M&A Integration Manager.
- Monitor implementation and ensure progress visibility.
Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver on M&A objectives.
