About Our Client
Our client is an established MNC with strong reputation and presence across APAC. As part of their continuous growth and improvement, they are looking to hire a Regional L&D Specialist to support the learning and development initiatives across APAC. This is an individual contributor role and you will report directly into the APAC HR Director.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate L&D programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with regional business needs.
- Oversee course scheduling, curriculum updates, and end-to-end program administration.
- Conduct LNA to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Take ownership of e-learning platforms and content ensuring effective utilization and engagement across the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality learning experiences
- Support external vendors for specialized training delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 5 years of progressive L&D experience in regional capacity, preferably in MNC environment.
- Knowledge of training evaluation methods and tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjusting to changing priorities.
