Our client is a renowned global commercial real estate service provider with a keen focus on providing end-to-end Data Center lifecycle services to occupiers, investors, and operators across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise facilities.
They are currently seeking for an Account Manager to join their expanding team, with a proven track record in managing Western hyperscaler clients on delivering Data Center projects across the region. This Account Manager will be a relationship-builder who excels at maintaining long-term rapport, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying organic growth opportunities within existing partnerships. This role emphasizes on transforming strong customer rapport to build recurring business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering Data Center construction projects across APAC and mindset to upsell.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for designated key account, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Guide multidisciplinary teams and oversee all project phases to ensure seamless, highperformance execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to scope, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Manage multiple service linestechnical, project delivery, consulting, operations, and coordinationto drive client satisfaction and profitability.
Support sales strategy, commercial negotiations, and broader business development to secure repeat and new business opportunities.
Build strong client relationships, deeply understand their needs, and advocate for their success across the data centre ecosystem.
Apply extensive technical and managerial expertise to uphold delivery excellence, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support regional growth.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, working in tandem with project delivery teams.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.
Act as the bridge between the client and the internal project/program management teams.
Monitor market trends and client feedback to anticipate future needs.
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience in account management, client relations, or business development.
Solid understanding in the Data Center construction, ideally with a background in program management or working closely with program delivery teams.
Proven track record working with Western Hyperscalers (e.g., Google, AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Oracle) is essential.
Proven track record running competitive procurement and post-tender negotiations
