Our client, aUS headquartered Medical Device company, is strengthening its APAC technology backbone and is hiring an APAC IT Application Manager to drive enterprise application support and regional system transformation. This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with APAC leaders and Global IT to ensure ERP and core applications truly enable commercial, supply chain, and distributor operations across the region.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead APAC application support and project delivery, working hand-in-hand with business process owners across Supply Management, Commercial teams, and third-party distributors to design and configure systems that fit real business needs.
- You will influence best-practice processes and value-stream design, manage or participate in ERP and application implementations, and oversee vendors and system partners.
- This role will champion APAC ERP requirements within a global ERP instance, drive end-to-end process improvements, standardise ERP reporting, and design integrations with third-party logistics providers, while rolling up your sleeves on local IT initiatives when needed.
Requirements:
- You have strong ERP experience and have completed at least one full end-to-end ERP implementation cycle. Experience with any ERP platform is required, with JDE / JD Edwards (Distribution, Finance, Materials Management) a strong advantage.
- Exposure to Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus.
- You bring solid business process knowledge, strong project management capability, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders across APAC and Global IT.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated medical environment, CSV knowledge, and PMP certification are advantageous.
