APAC HR Director Manila, PH

Our client is a UK headquartered Professional Services firm with a global presence and an established network throughout the Americas, Europe, MEA and APAC. As a market leader in their field with ambitious growth plans, APAC is a key market therefore this is a critical hire as part of the organisations continued expansion. As Regional HR Director, you will lead a geographically dispersed team supporting a consultant population active in countries including SEA, India, Hong Kong and Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:-

• Business partnering with the leadership team with support from in-country HR
• Leading a HR team based across locations, developing and upskilling the team
• Reviewing, improving and implementing HR policies and processes
• Providing hands-on, consultative advice and guidance to stakeholders
• Tailoring global HR initiatives on a local level
• Project work related to new business units and locations

We are looking for an established HR leader with strong knowledge of the region that can be agile and hands-on as well as strategic and commercial, with the ability to keep up with an ever-changing, high growth environment.
