We are delighted to be partnering with a PE backed Professional Services firm with significant investment that are growing their presence in the region. This is a senior level HR Business Partner role, playing a key part in the People strategy post acquisition as well as the expansion of the business into new locations regionally.
As Regional HR Business Partner, you will manage 1 People Operations specialist, overseeing all people matters for your business unit from Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation Reviews, Succession Planning and Performance Reviews. You will also be responsible for creating new contracts, establishing new processes, benefits schemes and writing policies.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years Regional HR Business Partnering experience within an international, corporate environment, you be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate strategically as well as hands on where necessary.
The business is very professional and collaborative. Regionally, the team is well established and highly engaged, with ambitious hiring plans and an appetite for change.
