We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded APAC Treasury Head to oversee strategy and operations across the region.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, covering liquidity, banking strategy, FX risk, and multi-currency payment flows.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive APAC treasury strategy, aligned with global objectives and business growth
- Act as the key treasury partner to senior management and regional stakeholders
- Oversee liquidity, funding, FX risk, and balance sheet optimisation across the region
- Manage multi-currency treasury operations, including settlements, payments, and funding flows
- Build, lead, and develop the regional treasury function, including team management, banking relationships, and process enhancements
Ideal Candidate:- 12-15+ years of experience in treasury within financial services, banking, or fintech
- Proven track record managing treasury operations in a regional or international environment
- Prior experience leading or mentoring teams
- Strong understanding of liquidity management, FX risk, and funding frameworks
- Exposure to payments, cash management, or multi-currency environments is advantageous
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
