Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Finance and Controlling within the APAC
- Lead and mentor diverse teams by providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance employee engagement and promote professional growth.
- Formulate and execute regional finance strategies for the APAC region
- Oversee the regional capital structure and financial resources, including cash flow management, budgeting, strategic investments, cost optimization initiatives, and accurate forecasting
- Act as a business partner to the regional leadership team
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate both financial and operational risks effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree / Masters in Finance
- At least 15 years of expeirence in Finance
- APAC (Including China) and Manufacturing Sector experience is a must
