The Executive& Marketing Assistant, SG for Leica Biosystems is responsible for providing high-level executive support to the VP - APAC and GM SEA/HKTW, and performing operational tasks to support the APAC marketing function.

This position is part of the located in Singapore, onsite. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the Commercial Team and will report to the VP - APAC responsible for leading a high performing commercial (sales, marketing, service and back office) organization for the entire region with the objective to maximize sales and profitability for Leica Biosystems across a range of diverse, high potential emerging markets with a mix of direct and distributor organizations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide executive assistance to APAC and SEA/HKTW senior leadership. This includes schedule management, arranging travel and expense reporting, preparing reports and presentations. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects such as upcoming office move and events such as Annual Kick-off meetings and quarterly APAC Leadership Team meetings. 60%
  • Oversee some local office business processes including onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (IT Equipment management / Company property management), interdepartmental cooperation, and managing payment to vendors. 10%
  • Support the APAC Marketing team with administrative and operational tasks. Perform lead qualification and management, manage and organize the APAC marketing SharePoint repository, ensure up to date documentation of process, standard work and best practices across the region, execute local marketing events to drive engagement and demand generation. 30%

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Executive Support Expertise: Proven track record of supporting C-level or senior leadership with calendar management, travel coordination (including international),meeting preparation, and expense reporting with confidentiality and discretion. Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, last-minute changes, and high-pressure situations.
  • Strong Organizational Skills and the ability to work effectively with standard business productivity tools accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills both in written and verbal formats with a professional and diplomatic demeanor and Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
  • Ability to support marketing activities, both internal and externally focused, including some customer interaction.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

  • Ability to travel 10 % travel within APAC.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
