The APAC Digital Assessment and Succession Solution Lead is a key position tasked with driving revenue growth and operational superiority throughout the Asia-Pacific region. This leader is accountable for meeting revenue goals and formulates and implements strategic sales initiatives to enhance sales prospects, all while nurturing a culture of high performance within the sales team.

This role is instrumental in leading talent retention efforts, ensuring the attraction, growth, and preservation of elite sales talent. Through the management of lead processes and upholding Salesforce cleanliness, they enable effective lead transformation and precise revenue projections.

In essence, this position is vital in defining the organization's triumph in the APAC market through revenue creation, talent advancement, and operational distinction.

Accountabilities:

  • Revenue Responsibility - surpassing revenue benchmarks within the assigned solution domain, and craft and enact plans to amplify sales opportunities and escalate revenue growth.
  • Talent Sustenance - spearhead initiatives for recruiting, nurturing, and retaining a stellar sales force, and offer mentorship, aid, and accolades to encourage staff commitment and longevity.
  • Lead Management Oversight - supervise lead management operations to guarantee prompt and efficient metamorphosis of leads into sales prospects and apply leading practices and tactics to refine lead generation and conversion efficacy.
  • Culture of Performance - foster a culture focused on performance within the sales team, establishing explicit objectives and expectations, and deliver consistent feedback, guidance, and support to promote ongoing refinement and distinction.
  • Forecasting Oversight - keep abreast of forecasting demands and maintain precise, current sales predictions, and evaluate market dynamics, client insights, and pipeline information to guide forecasting choices.
  • Salesforce Cleanliness - preserve Salesforce cleanliness to ensure data precision, integrity, and adherence, and introduce procedures and standards to maintain Salesforce cleanliness and enhance operational efficiency.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in:
  • Robust managerial and directive capabilities developed in a B2B setting.
  • A history of successful sales leadership in a comparable business structure.
  • Entrepreneurial zeal and commercial insight.
