Responsibilities
1) Demand forecasting & planning
- Consolidate market inputs (new store pipeline, refresh/renovation plans, replacement cycles, campaign needs) into a regional demand signal.
- Build and maintain demand plans by market and category (monthly/weekly as required), including assumptions and sensitivity scenarios.
- Partner with markets to improve demand quality (standard request templates, approval gates, cut-off timing, and exception handling).
2) Supply planning & replenishment coordination
- Translate demand plans into supply plans with HQ / suppliers, balancing lead times, MOQs, capacity, and shipment constraints.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels (DOH / coverage), minimizing stockouts and excess.
- Drive replenishment cadence and exception management: shortages, production delays, shipment slips, and allocation/rebalancing across markets.
3) S&OP
- Provide inputs to S&OP on demand changes, constraints, and key risks (store opening readiness, launch dates, supply limitations).
- Prepare dashboards and narratives for decision-making.
- Align cross-functions on trade-offs (service vs cash vs speed), and document decisions and follow-ups.
4) Category planning & lifecycle management
- Own category planning cadence for the portfolio: demand drivers, supply strategy, inventory norms, and constraints by market.
- Lead rollout and transition planning for category changes (new suppliers/specs/SKUs, packaging or design refresh, system/process changes).
- Define cutover approach, old-to-new mapping, depletion strategy, buffer sizing, timelines, and communications.
- Track readiness milestones and risks; coordinate mitigation plans with HQ, suppliers, and markets.
5) Performance monitoring, reporting & stakeholder collaboration
- Track and analyze key KPIs (service level/fill rate, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover/DOH, on-time delivery, expedite exceptions where applicable).
- Prepare and present regular reports for management, highlighting risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain centralized reporting views and planning insights across markets; support cross-category reporting where needed.
- Liaise with HQ and market stakeholders (Ops, Construction/Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Logistics/Warehousing, IT) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably with exposure to multiple Southeast Asia markets.
- Familiarity with S&OP processes and experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
