Job Overview

The APAC Creative Design role will be responsible for creating and executing visually compelling design solutions that align with CHAGEE APAC's branding and marketing strategies across Asia Pacific. This position involves developing a wide range of creative materials, including digital and print assets, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, creativity, and a keen eye for detail within the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive design materials, including digital graphics, print collateral, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the branding and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Digital Design: Develop digital assets for social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising to enhance the brand's digital presence.
  • Creative Input: Provide creative input and design solutions to support various branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the branding manager, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of design projects.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of creative work.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts and materials.
  • Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to the branding manager and other stakeholders for approval.

Preferred Skills

  • Extensive experience in graphic design and creative development, particularly within the retail sector.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of digital design trends and best practices.
  • Experience in packaging design and print production processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
