What You'll Do:
- Support Compliance Operations: Assist in day-to-day tasks such as compliance monitoring, internal reporting, and documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and global shipping regulations.
- Help Maintain Policies & Standards: Contribute to the upkeep and review of compliance policies, procedures, and controls—including areas like anti-bribery, trade compliance, data privacy, human rights and competition law.
- Support Compliance Training Delivery: Assist in the coordination and implementation of compliance training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer across APAC offices and onboard teams.
- Promote Awareness and Integrity Culture: Contribute to awareness initiatives that help foster a strong culture of integrity, encouraging ethical behavior throughout regional operations.
- Collaborate Regionally: Work with compliance colleagues and business stakeholders across the APAC region to support regional projects and ensure local implementation of global standards.
- Stay Informed: Help monitor regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks relevant to the shipping industry, providing updates and insights to the team.
