Responsibilities:
. Responsible for developing, implementing and administering compensation programs to support regional objectives and maintain competitive market positioning across the Asia Pacific region.
. Partner with regional HR leadership to support compensation strategy across multiple Asia markets.
. Manage annual incentive plan processes, including plan updates, governance and payout administration.
. Support global job architecture initiatives by providing regional insights on job leveling and salary structures.
. Participate in regional salary review cycles, including budget monitoring and approval consolidation.
. Support executive long-term incentive grant processes with regional HR leadership.
. Develop compensation and productivity analysis to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
. Participate in APAC annual pay review timelines to ensure alignment with global compensation processes.
Requirements:
. Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
. Min. 8 years experience in global/regional compensation program design (APAC exposure preferred)
. Expertise in compensation benchmarking, benefits and regulatory compliance
. Certified Compensation Professional preferred
. Singaporean only need apply
