Job Description

Your role as an APAC Communications Business Partner will play a key role in developing and executing integrated communications strategies. You would cover the communications scope, including media relations, brand communications, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, internal communications, digital and social media, and events.

You will be a trusted communications advisor to regional business leaders, helping drive business priorities, strengthen brand reputation, and increase visibility among internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business objectives and regional growth priorities.
  • Advise senior leaders on messaging, positioning, audience engagement, and communications strategy.
  • Translate complex business priorities into clear and compelling communications for internal and external audiences.

Media Relations & Reputation Management

  • Lead proactive media engagement and strengthen relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
  • Identify and drive storytelling opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Support reputation management initiatives across APAC markets.

Content & Executive Communications

  • Develop high-quality communications materials including speeches, leadership briefings, articles, social media content, videos, case studies, and presentations.
  • Support senior leaders with messaging for speaking engagements, internal forums, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage editorial and content calendars to ensure consistent and timely communications.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Support internal communications initiatives that drive employee engagement, alignment, and culture.
  • Partner with leadership, HR, and local teams on communications related to employee engagement, inclusion, and community initiatives.

Digital & Brand Communications

  • Support regional social media and digital communications initiatives, including leadership profiling and campaign amplification.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance digital engagement and brand visibility across channels.
  • Assist with regional brand campaigns, sponsorships, and advertising initiatives in alignment with global brand standards.

Events & Campaigns

  • Lead communications planning and execution for regional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing communications, digital initiatives, and demand-generation activities where applicable.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Build strong partnerships across regional and global stakeholders to ensure aligned communications execution.
  • Manage external agencies including PR, creative, and event partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Measurement & Optimisation

  • Track and evaluate communications effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Explore new channels, formats, and creative approaches to improve engagement and impact.

Candidates must have experience in Blue-Chip companies.
