APAC Commercial Excellence Leader (Revenue Growth & Execution)

We are partnering with a global industrial technology leader to hire a senior APAC commercial leader to drive predictable revenue growth and execution excellence across multiple markets in Asia Pacific.

This is a regional leadership role, partnering closely with APAC senior management, helping to build a scalable commercial engine across pipeline health, forecasting discipline, GTM execution and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive stronger sales cadence, deal reviews and operating rhythm across countries
• Improve pipeline quality, conversion and forecast accuracy
• Lead segmentation, coverage planning and commercial governance
• Build dashboards, KPIs and reporting cadence to improve execution discipline
• Align various BUs into one consistent operating model
• Drive change management in a matrix environment (countries + business groups)
• Create the incentive / compensation design plans

Ideal profile

• 15+ years in Commercial Excellence / Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / GTM / Business Operations
• Strong APAC regional exposure (multi-country leadership)
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption across teams
• Strong business acumen + execution focus
• Experience in industrial, automation, enterprise B2B or tech-enabled environments is highly relevant
