Job Description
- Be ready to lead a team of 1-3 headcounts (ie. Account Managers / Sales Managers).
- Design and implement channel strategies to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Develop and manage partner incentive programs to boost engagement and performance.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Champion partner enablement programs, including training on products, services, and sales techniques.
The Successful Applicant
- About 10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing channel partners across SEA and/or APAC region.
- Technical and Operational background knowledge in Test & Measurement industries is important to manage real-life challenges and situations when developing and managing partner ecosystems.
