ABOUT THE ROLE

Ipsotek is seeking an APAC Channel Manager based in Singapore to define, build, and scale our partner-led go-to-market strategy across the region with a key technology partner.

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for developing and executing Ipsotek's APAC channel strategy, whilst working closely with the regional sales and RTM teams of a global technology partner. You will develop close relationships with the sales and account teams of the technology partner across all APAC countries and operate across both sell-with and sell-through models while remaining close to key deals, and strategic customers.

The role combines strategic relationship ownership with direct, opportunity-level engagement, particularly for complex, solution-led enterprise and public-sector opportunities. You will work closely with the APAC sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams while acting as the key point of contact for all enquiries from the technology partner in the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC engagement strategy aligned with Ipsotek's global objectives and regional growth targets.
  • Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities with a strategic technology partner.
  • As part of the collaborative selling process, develop relationships with End Users and ensure Ipsotek's core messages are clearly articulated.
  • Drive sell-with and sell-through GTM motions, supporting the technology partner through opportunity identification, qualification, technical validation, and deal closure.
  • Engage directly in strategic opportunities alongside existing BDM's, channel partners, including customer meetings, workshops, demos, and technical discovery sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, presales, engineering, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure partner alignment and execution.
  • Define, track, and optimise KPIs including pipeline contribution, revenue performance, partner activity, and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent Ipsotek messaging, branding, and value proposition across all technology partner engagements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 8+ years experience in enterprise B2B software, AI, or technology‑led solutions, with a strong emphasis on channel or partner‑driven growth
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel ecosystems across multiple markets or regions
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex platforms, evolving AI‑driven architectures, and integration‑heavy solutions and translate them into clear customer and partner value
  • Experience working with system integrators, consultants, and technology partners in structured GTM motions
  • Demonstrated success progressing complex, consultative, solution‑led opportunities involving multiple stakeholders (C‑suite, Security, IT, Operations, Safety, Data teams)
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, capable of delivering executive‑level narratives, product demos, workshops, and technical discovery sessions
  • Strong commercial discipline across CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance
  • Fluency with modern productivity tools, CRM platforms, and AI‑assisted workflows
  • Technical or engineering‑oriented education (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) strongly preferred
  • Languages – Fluent in English both written and spoken with a second language preferred (examples include; Vietnamese, Malaysian Bahasa, Indonesia Bahasa), Mandarin.

DESIRABLE:

  • Understanding of AI-driven surveillance solutions (e.g., Computer Vision, Facial Recognition, Video Analytics).
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and compliance in surveillance technology
  • Knowledge of system integration with VMS, C3, Telco, and Hyperscaler/Cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of typical system architectures deployed in surveillance (bare metal, hypervisors, VM clusters, containers, etc.).

PRACTICALITIES:

  • Legal right to live and work in Singapore
  • Government and/or Security clearances may be required for certain opportunties
  • Client‑facing role with APAC travel as required.
  • Flexible working hours aligned to customer and partner needs
