About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Campaign Intern to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the APAC region. This role offers hands-on experience in regional campaign coordination, cross-team communication, and performance tracking.
You'll work closely with local user operations teams and the regional marketing team, helping to bring campaigns to life across multiple markets while ensuring alignment, consistency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end campaign coordination, including timeline tracking, asset management, and execution follow-up
- Support the localization and rollout of campaigns across different APAC markets
- Liaise with local user operations teams and the regional marketing team to align on campaign details and ensure smooth cross-team communication
- Help monitor campaign progress and gather local market feedback
- Conduct basic data analysis using Excel (e.g. pivot tables) to track performance and extract actionable insights
- Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Assist with campaign documentation and workflow process improvements
- Take ownership of smaller campaign tasks or workstreams and manage them independently
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- Strong interest in marketing campaigns, project coordination, and cross-market operations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in working across functions and countries
- Data-savvy: familiar with Excel and pivot tables
- Previous experience in e-commerce, F&B, retail, or fast fashion is a plus
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for day-to-day work and documentation.
