shape complex, high-value customer outcomes across APAC.
. Own end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission and handover.
. Lead virtual bid teams, aligning stakeholders to deadlines, approvals, and winning strategies.
. Drive bid planning, progress tracking, resourcing, forecasting, and corrective actions when
required.
. Manage bid governance, risk registers, compliance documentation, and audit-ready approvals.
. Support negotiations and ensure seamless transition from signed contract to delivery teams.
. Extensive experience leading complex bids, proposals, or large-scale commercial responses.
. Proven leadership managing cross-functional, regional, and virtual stakeholder teams.
. Strong commercial, risk, and governance mindset within structured bid frameworks.
. Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM platforms, and proposal content tools.
. Bachelor's degree required management qualification or APMP certification preferred.
