Position Summary
Axiom Developer to drive the design and execution of Regulatory Reporting solutions, Liquidity and Capital Reporting solutions for APAC Jurisdictions. This role is accountable for improving engineering productivity of the Axiom dev team, enforcing governance frameworks, delivering quality data and reports used for regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Provide guidance to the team on best practices in design and implementation of Axiom solutions, SDLC standards, Agile methodologies, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering principles.
- Partner with technology managers, engineering teams, and platform owners to identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks.
- Monitor, analyze, and fine tune reporting batch performance metrics.
- L3 Support for Production issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Banking and Finance or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Axiom Controller View platform, solution implementation, and delivery for regulatory, liquidity and capital reporting
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, software engineering, and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
