Are you ready to make a significant impact and contribute to the biggest business transformation in our APAC region Join our team as an ASPIRE Supply Chain Partner and play a crucial role in deploying our innovative business solutions, called Roche ASPIRE Program, within our Diagnostics commercial affiliates.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the ASPIRE deployment across multiple project waves, working closely in a hybrid setting with local commercial teams in one or more affiliates. As a key member of our dedicated and dynamic ASPIRE community, you will manage supply chain tasks and lead daily operations, while shaping the future commercial framework of our organization.
This role can be performed location agnostic, within APAC time zones. Relocation is not considered, while regular business trips will be needed especially during the onboarding and intense collaboration phases. You will support Roche in the APAC region specifically and there is also potential for cross-Region activities.
The Opportunity, but not limited to the following
You partner with the business and support in negotiating with stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
You efficiently manage orders, lead projects, and execute SD (Sales and Distribution) processes within our complex SAP landscape, ensuring high-quality execution.
You support smooth supply chain operations, including inventory management (be it a single hub or multiple hubs), successful delivery of products, and keeping customer OTIF at an ideal level.
You support inventory planning and purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and in line with our internal policies and control frameworks.
You closely collaborate with third-party logistics partner/s for quality, negotiations, and logistics operations, including monitoring their level of performance in accordance with service level agreements and agreed KPIs.
You regularly communicate with Commercial (Marketing, Sales, Service) on product lifecycle management, customer interactions and planning for product phase-in/ phase-out.
You support strategic planning and governance processes in line with global and regional strategies focusing on our operational efficiency, while managing costs and ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
You provide tools and services that support our customers in their daily business and ensure all relevant products are correctly setup in our SAP system
You collaborate cross-functionally within the organization and globally, resolving operational challenges and striving for process improvements
You actively contribute to the ASPIRE project based on your expertise and demonstrate flexibility working on multiple, different tasks supporting affiliate's teams as it fits best.
You serve as a knowledge connector across business areas, functions, divisions and geography.
Who You Are
You hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
You possess a background in supply chain or logistics with over 5 years of experience in an equivalent supply chain role in an international/ multi-cultural organization, ideally within the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry.
You have solid experience with SAP, including proficiency in SAP R3 (SD and MM modules) and other relevant software, with a strong understanding of its functionalities.
You demonstrate high analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
You are a true team player with high work ethics, practicing a result-oriented working style, possessing strong decision-making and implementation skills with a proven ability to work independently and under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective stakeholder communication.
