Our client is a leading heavy machinery company in Singapore

about the job

  • Develop and implement revenue models for service contracts, spare parts, and extended warranties while driving partner performance
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Develop and monitor the market in the assigned area
  • Generate leads and identify opportunities
  • Provide technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, applications guidance
  • Prepare technical proposal and commercial proposal
  • Collaborate on SAP/system integrations and streamline service workflows
  • Manage budgets, analyze P&L/margins, and establish regional KPIs
  • Manage the customer database

job requirement

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Min 6 years of experience in industrial sales B2B aftersales in Crane/Heavy/Construction/Lifting Machinery
  • P/L management experience will be a plus
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Willing to work in the West (Boon Lay/Jurong East)
  • Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (about 40% APAC depends on project)
