Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive the execution of the Group's Sales Excellence and deliver Sales ambitions across Areas, identifying and executing strategic opportunities that accelerate growth and strengthen BV's leadership in the APA industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and continuously evolve the APAC Commercial Operating Model,
  • Lead the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of CRM and commercial digital platform
  • Develop and govern regional commercial performance management
  • Drive commercial effectiveness through data-driven insights
  • Partner with Area Vice Presidents, Sales Directors and Business Line leaders to build alignment around common commercial processes, operating rhythms and governance
  • Act as the regional catalyst for commercial transformation, challenging existing ways of working, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, and building a scalable, customer-centric commercial organization capable of delivering sustainable growth.

Key Requirements

  • A Master's Degree in Economics, Business or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Transformation, or Sales Leadership within a complex B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial transformation, implementing sales operating models, CRM platforms, commercial governance, and performance management.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders across matrix organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, digital, and project management skills, with experience in commercial analytics, sales productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures, ideally within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Data analytics, Business acumen and process excellence
