What the Internship Programme will look like

Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.

Our internship provides comprehensive training and the opportunity to secure a place on our graduate programme or a regular hire, subject to your performance and business need. A large proportion of our candidates go on to enjoy a career with us.

This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

Corporate Team

Interns embedded within the Property & Casualty Corporate Team will:

Gain Core Skills in Risk Management and Insurance:

• Understand key concepts in property and casualty insurance, including policy structures, coverage analysis, and claims fundamentals
• Develop skills in risk identification, risk quantification, and mitigation strategies
• Learn how risk transfer mechanisms-such as insurance and alternative risk solutions-are structured and presented to clients

Apply Analytical and Technical Competencies:

• Support the team in analyzing client exposures using modelling tools and data analytics
• Assist with the interpretation and presentation of risk profiles and insurance programme recommendations
• Conduct market research to identify trends in risk, insurance pricing, and emerging threats
• Consolidate data from client sources to support informed decision-making

Client Service and Communication:

• Participate in client meetings to observe and contribute to risk discussions and strategy development
• Help prepare client-facing materials, such as presentations, reports, etc.
• Build communication skills through collaboration within internal teams

Interns will finish the programme equipped with foundational knowledge in risk management and insurance, along with practical skills in client advisory, data analysis, and project delivery.
