In this two year programme, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business through four job rotations (6-month cycle) across different business areas, participate in Agile scrum-based projects and have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the Aon business, gaining knowledge and insight into our world of data and analytics.

What The Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will partner with diverse teams to bridge business needs and data-driven insights, supporting both strategic decision-making and the delivery of impactful analytics solutions across Aon's organization.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Fresh graduates who are able to commence full-time employment in July 2026.
- Ability to extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and at least one additional programming or data technology (such as Python or Pyspark), with a foundational understanding of databases and data structures.
- Skilled in engaging with business and technology stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define project or products goals, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Proficient in using data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) to present insights clearly and effectively, following design best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to turn ambiguity into specific, actionable tasks.
- Awareness of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Generative AI, and a willingness to expand this knowledge.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, like Scrum or Kanban, and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and engaging manner.
- Eager to learn and adapt, willing to pick up new skills to support analytics, business analysis, or product development as needed.
- Able to consider and discuss the ethical implications of data and technology decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
