• Office Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5.45pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
Perform scheduled annual inspections and full-load operational tests on lift and escalator systems to verify safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
Detect, document, and report technical faults, abnormalities, or potential risks identified during inspection activities.
Carry out necessary adjustments and corrective measures to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Ensure all inspection, testing, and maintenance activities comply with ISO 22201-1:2017, ISO 9001, and the organization's internal quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare clear documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
Communicate inspection results, findings, and recommendations to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team in compiling inspection reports, tracking non-conformities, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in lift/escalator maintenance and inspection
• Hands-on experience in conducting full-load testing and performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
• Possess own motorbike for work-related travel.
• Well-versed in ISO 22201-1 standards and safety procedures related to vertical transportation systems.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
