Title: QA Mobile Test Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in mobile testing, particularly on Android. In this role, you will be responsible for validating product quality across mobile applications, ensuring seamless performance, and identifying issues early in the development cycle. Experience testing features related to camera, computer vision, or AI systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated test cases for Android mobile applications.
• Test and validate features related to camera functionality, computer vision pipelines, and AI-driven features (preferred).
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure smooth feature delivery.
• Perform regression, functional, UI/UX, and performance testing.
• Assist in improving QA processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Provide clear and concise test reports and communicate risks proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of professional experience in QA testing, preferably for mobile applications.
• Strong hands-on experience testing Android apps across different devices and OS versions.
• Familiarity with mobile testing tools, frameworks, and debugging methods.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, test plans, test cases, and defect-tracking processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and analyze root causes effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience testing camera, computer vision, or AI-related features.
• Basic familiarity with ADB commands, log analysis, or performance profiling tools.
• Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Espresso, Appium) is a plus.
• Background in image processing or ML-based mobile features is an added advantage.
