About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Android Mobile Developer to support the development of a cutting-edge mobile payment platform. This platform enables secure proximity payments and e-commerce transactions, empowering banks and businesses to deliver a seamless, multi-channel and multi-device digital payment experience.
The solution integrates multiple web services and client applications into a unified platform that offers easy-to-integrate capabilities while maintaining best-in-class security and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, implementation, and validation of mobile SDKs and applications within an R&D project environment, following established processes and delivery standards
- Contribute to the design and development of mobile SDKs for payment solutions
- Enhance existing technology platforms and development methodologies through prototyping and innovation initiatives
- Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues impacting customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Degree in Information Security, Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience in Android mobile development, with proficiency in Java and Kotlin
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mobile technologies, aligned with the scope and complexity of the role
- Experience in native mobile application development is an advantage
- Exposure to iOS development is a plus
- Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and programming
- Experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks
- Familiarity with continuous integration and build automation tools such as Jenkins and Gradle
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment
