Anchor Manager - Supply Chain Finance

We are looking for a motivated Anchor Manager to drive business growth through strategic engagement with anchor clients in the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) ecosystem. The role involves managing relationships, onboarding vendors/dealers, and structuring customized SCF solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard anchor corporates and their supply chain partners
• Manage end-to-end SCF program execution
• Drive vendor/dealer engagement and financing penetration
• Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams
• Track portfolio performance and ensure compliance

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance products (vendor/dealer finance, reverse factoring)
• Relationship management and B2B client handling
• Credit appraisal and risk assessment basics
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
