Analytic Product Owner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Vision & Strategy:

. Define and champion the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders.

. Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and priorities to the product team, business leads, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Backlog Management & Refinement:

. Translate the product vision into actionable user stories, features, and specifications, creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog.

. Continuously groom and refine the backlog, ensuring it reflects evolving business needs and priorities.

Sprint Planning & Execution:

. Collaborate with the product team on sprint planning, providing context and clarity on user stories and acceptance criteria.

. Review sprint deliverables and provide feedback, ensuring alignment with the product vision and maximizing value delivery.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

. Regularly demo product increments to stakeholders, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the product backlog.

. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify and prioritize features that maximize product ROI.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product efficiency, quality, and business value.

. Regularly report on product performance, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
