We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Performance Management team, a key function within the Strategic Business Development department. The incumbent will support the Strategic Business Development Director and the broader team in tracking, generating, and analyzing sales performance reports to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular tracking report for tactical incentive, appointment standard, persistency, performance, and awards.
- Conduct and monitor Cancellation from Inception (CFI), lapsation, and early termination of policy(ies).
- Manage, monitor, and provide regular reports on Replacement of Policies.
- Extract and acquire data from product providers in accordance with business rules and tabulate it into required production reports.
- Provide regular production updates and track/monitor the financing scheme.
- Manage appeals and provide both quantitative and qualitative information to assist the Strategic Business Development team in appeal assessments.
- Provide system requirements, review specifications, create test plans, perform UAT, and conduct post-deployment verification.
- Support and execute report automation using Power BI and SQL/VBA.
- Assist the Strategic Business Development team by providing production reports for business planning and agency engagement.
- Provide business analysis support for the Strategic Business Development team and management as required.
- Ensure timely dissemination of reports with high accuracy to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain professionalism and good working relationships with all stakeholders at all times.
- Support other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales operation, business analysis, or performance management role in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and CRM/sales systems.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Familiar with incentive or commission schemes and performance-based compensation structure is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is an advantage.
