Responsibilities
- Contribute to analytical work and financial modelling that supports active transactions, including tasks from early-stage assessment through to final execution.
- Develop materials for internal and external use, such as presentations, overviews, and transaction documents.
- Build and update financial models incorporating cash flow projections, leverage analysis, coverage metrics, and scenario testing.
- Carry out research on sectors, markets, counterparties, and financing approaches to support deal positioning and strategy.
Requirements
- 1-6 years of relevant experience in TMT financing, real estate financing, structured finance, or debt related fields
- Exposure to SEA/APAC transactions
- Solid understanding of TMT/real estate finance, debt markets and capital structures.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with sound judgment
Desired Skills and Experience
