Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated, high-calibre individual to join our CIO office as an Analyst / Senior Analyst. The role will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, due diligence, market research, and supporting the management of investment and divestment transactions along with associated capital formation/management activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of real estate markets, financial modeling, and investment principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on potential real estate investment markets and opportunities.
- Evaluate financial data, market trends, and property values to assess investment risks and returns.
- Performing various analyses to assist in making investment or divestment decisions
- Prepare financial models and conduct due diligence for potential investments.
- Prepare investment, divestment and marketing materials for senior management or capital partners and investors.
- Collaborate with asset management teams to monitor the performance of existing investments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including tax, finance, legal, and third party advisors, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated with market trends, economic factors, capital markets and investment regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, managers, and other industry professionals.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in real estate investment analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Perseverance and stamina.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance and experience of investment banking or real estate private equity are preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA would be a plus.
- Proficiency in one or more Asian languages would be a plus.
