Singlife is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Finance Senior Analyst to join our Expense Management team. This role is key to managing expenses and ensuring highquality expense reporting and analysis. The role will ensure timely and accurate reporting and analyses to support informed decisionmaking and adherence to internal and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

. Assist in monthly expense closing activities, including preparing expense reports and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

. Assist in preparing expense variance analysis and collaboration with stakeholders to to understand drivers and ensure alignment to plan.

. Assist in preparing data and analysis for management presentations.

. Assist in expense forecasting, budgeting and expense allocation, including data gathering and validation.

. Contribute to process improvements for expense tracking, analysis and reporting efficiency.

. Collaborate with other finance teams in relation to expenses.

. Maintain strong documentation of the reporting process, including report templates, data sources and methodologies.

. Participates in ad-hoc activities as and when assigned, such as conducting research and data analysis.

Requirements

Experience

. 1-3 years of experience in management reporting, financial reporting, audit or another related field.

. Experience within the insurance industry, expense variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting is an advantage.

. Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle EPM, Power BI, or similar planning/reporting tools) is an advantage.

. Motivated to work independently and improve processes and deliverables.

. Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships.

. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx or other data analysis software is an advantage.

Education

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
