Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all non-face-to-face servicing channels.
- Guide customers and front-office staff on the use of our online trading platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational and technical queries.
- Process applications related to our online trading portal in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders.
- Support various administrative tasks, ad hoc duties, and contribute to projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-centric mind set with a commitment to service excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and effective organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance or a related field.
