Job Responsibilities

EMPLOYER BRAND & CULTURE

  • Project Tracking & Planning
  • Maintain master trackers across all initiatives (deliverables, owners, due dates, status/risks).
  • Maintain and manage initiative calendars (submission deadlines, review windows, publish/release dates, dashboard refresh cadence).
  • Update the Employer Brand Reputation Dashboard on a regular schedule and ensure data/inputs are current.
  • Coordination & Delivery Support
  • Run coordination for calls for submissions (newsletters and employee stories): consolidate inputs, flag missing items, and recommend actions to close gaps.
  • Schedule and support meetings/interviews/workshops (e.g., EVP sessions); manage logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate employee story execution: interview scheduling, photo collection, and end-to-end employee consent management.
  • Manage APAC Awards recognition logistics: recommend suppliers/options as needed, and coordinate sourcing, ordering, and shipping of medallions.
  • Supported Key Initiatives
  • APAC Culture Newsletter (2x/year)
  • Culture employee stories (target 5 stories) and broader employer branding employee stories
  • APAC Awards (recognition component)
  • EVP development project
  • Employer Brand (Reputation Dashboard) and other Employer Branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn Campaigns)

PEOPLE ANALYTICS & HR RISK


  • Data Quality Management
    • Validate HRIS data fields and ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Reconcile key workforce figures and resolve variances with relevant stakeholders such as Lifecyle team.
  • HR Risk
    • Maintain the HR risk register by logging risks (e.g., data privacy, misclassification, process non-compliance).
    • Track mitigation actions, owners, target dates, and status; follow up to ensure timely updates and closures.
  • Governance & Stakeholder Support
    • Controls Coordination: Coordinate periodic HR controls activities (e.g., access reviews, segregation of duties checks)
    • Stakeholder Coordination: Track requests, priorities, and timelines; escalate risks/issues to the Head of Analytics where needed.
Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with banking roles and industry-specific recruitment practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
