LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy consulting firm which specialises in providing consulting services to SMEs to drive decision making. We provide SMEs with quality business advisory services to help them alleviate their pain points and seize business opportunities.

We are looking for graduates to join our team as a Strategy Consulting Analyst. This is a full-time position and is available in Singapore and within ASEAN.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Support engagement teams to develop business strategies and business plans for existing/new businesses
2. Liaise with clients (Up to C-Suite) to identify areas of improvements and providerecommendations for growth
3. Present results to the client's management team and implement recommendations incollaboration with the client's team members
4. Perform data analysis, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop financial models to quantify the feasibility of recommendations
5. Prepare proposals for prospective clients

The Ideal Candidate Should:

1. Be a fresh graduate (Less than 2 years of working experience) from Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related majors
2. Have a strong interest in Management/Strategy Consulting
3. Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
4. Be proficient in spoken and written English. Proficiency in one or more of the ASEAN languages is an advantage but not compulsory

Job Location: Singapore / ASEAN

Being a boutique, there is an expectation that the job scope will be over and above what is described, and we are all expected to be hands-on. Our Analysts can expect to have first-hand experience working with the founders and clients directly.
