KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Automation & Optimization: Streamlining reporting and operational procedures through scripting (e.g., Python, Excel macros/VBA/Power Query) and using databases (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Working with large, sophisticated financial datasets, interpreting trends, and preparing reports and dashboards
• Financial Analysis & Modelling: Assisting in the creation, analysis, and validation of financial models to support business decision-making

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Essential for financial analysis, datamanipulation, and reporting, including knowledge of functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and macros/VBA
• Programming/Scripting Experience: Familiarity with languages such as Python, or SQL for data science, automation, and data extraction is often a preferred qualification
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills
