Responsibilities
The Analyst, Hotel Openings & Growth Delivery – Asia Pacific (APACx) reports directly to the Director, Openings & Growth Delivery – APACx, while working closely with the Senior Manager, Openings – APAC and the Senior Director, Openings – APACx. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting:
- The opening and integration of all new managed, leased and franchised hotels within APAC; and
- The implementation of various functional initiatives across the APAC opening estate
As a pivotal intermediary between Operations, Owners, Development, Technical Services, Brand and other corporate / regional teams, the role will involve the building and deployment of tools and processes that ensure the smooth integration of new assets and new initiatives into the APAC portfolio.
This role will especially support a myriad of hotel openings-related projects in APAC across the Hilton Family of Brands. This will involve serving as a key Openings representative within a cross-functional team that is tasked with the delivery of on-time, on-budget and on-brand hotel openings.

- Generation and analytical critique of Openings reporting
- TOD Tracker
- Openings Dashboard
- Post Openings (Trading) Dashboard
- Checklist Rollups
- Management of resources to support hotels in efficiently completing opening activities
- Adaptation of standard operating procedures and best practices from the trading estate
- Creation of additional tools, models and templates as identified
- Assistance with the creation and delivery of key stakeholder presentations
- General Manager kick-offs
- Owner introductions and readiness updates
- Team Member meetings
- Administration of the Openings Authorization process
- Support the wider Openings team in the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives
Qualifications
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, BA/BS, or equivalent qualification
- 4 years of comparable work experience
- 2 years of experience creating and handling complex analytical data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Ability to manage a variable workload across responsibilities and complexities
- Detail-oriented and confident problem-solver, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
- Proven ability to engage with and influence multiple senior leaders through effective communication
- Experience working across diverse and international geographies
